The home that we own in NH was being rented out, and we found out, with very little notice, that our tenant of the last 6 years was moving out. There was much to be done, and no time to waste. We were very fortunate to be introduced to Ann and she took the lead with the entire process. Using her contacts, we were able to get the home cleaned, re-painted, repaired, etc. in record time. Ann was a tremendous resource, giving us her opinion on what needed to be done, and she provided several quotes for the work that needed to be done, and helped us choose the appropriate providers. Once the work was close to finished, Ann arranged for viewings and quickly got us several very good applications to rent. From start to finish, Ann was a professional and was a joy to work with. Ann Bennett is definitely a gem. Within minutes of meeting Ann- I knew she would something special. As an experienced divorce lawyer, and very knowledgeable realtor she made the entire process very easy. She was there every step of the way- literally. She was one of the most patient people that has ever entered our household. She was always there to answer millions of questions and always had ALL the resources to solve all our problems. She would call and stop by on a weekly basis to help us pack, find resources to help us paint/ fix anything (no problem was too big for Ann- and trust me we had ALOT OF PROBLEMS)- and most importantly she made sure we stayed on schedule and sold our house very quickly (within a few days). We knew nothing about real estate at the beginning of this process and Ann made sure to explain every little detail (very well). Ann has become a very close friend.
